Real time delivery” coaching© session

Coaching session designed to
push the work. Coach collaborates with participants to identify specific work
where efforts are applied to clearly define intentional acts to build capacity.


Sessions will engage participants in a variety of practice enhancement tasks
such as: Data Analysis, Side by Side implementation, Communication
Support, Instructor Observations, Learner Reviews ©, Leader Monitoring
Feedback and Practice review.


Coach will collaborate with participants to create deliverables for meetings,
professional learning sessions, and reports.

Root cause survey

Center improvement priorities for intentional impact. Develop systems to prevent and solve for underlying issues
instead of repeatedly addressing perceived crises.

Collaborate with leaders to organize and
